Tools, Dies, Jigs & Fixtures

Design and manufacture of precision tools, dies, jigs and fixtures. Machining of client-supplied cast components to tight tolerances across a variety of materials and component sizes — from intricate die cavities to large fixture bases.

Precision Machining — Graphite

Specialised machining of graphite components including baffle plates for nuclear power plant cooling towers, graphite trays, and crucible blocks. Our facility features a centralised vacuum dust collection system and dedicated graphite tooling — making us one of the few facilities in the region with this capability.

Specialist Facility: Graphite machining requires a dedicated dust management system due to the conductive nature of graphite particles. Our centralised vacuum collection system and isolated machining setup ensure safe, contamination-free production.

Precision Machining — Titanium

Titanium is a notoriously difficult material to machine, requiring specialised tooling, controlled cutting parameters and experienced operators. We supply precision-machined titanium components to HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Limited), meeting strict aerospace-grade tolerances.

Heavy Fabrication

Heavy structural fabrication and machining of large assemblies — including die cooler assemblies, fabricated and machined risers, and large fixture plates — supported by our EOT crane infrastructure for safe handling of heavy components.
